Managing Users in MAXRES Construct

This guide explains how to manage users, including adding, searching, filtering, and sending invitations in MAXRES Construct.

Accessing User Management

  1. Open the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of the page.
  2. Select User Management.

Adding a New User

  1. Click the Add New User button on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Fill in the following details:
    • Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Set a Password for the new user.
  3. Select the Tenant and the Role for the user from the dropdown menus.
  4. Click Save to add the user or Cancel to discard the changes.

Searching for Users by Email Address

  1. Enter the Email Address in the Search by email input box on the left-hand side of the page.

Filtering Users by Roles

  1. Use the toggle switches to filter users by the following roles:
    • Reviewer
    • Lead
    • Course Creator
    • Super Admin

Sending an Invitation to New Users

  1. Select the User from the list.
  2. Click the Invite button on the right side of the account.
  3. Confirm by clicking "Yes, I'm sure" in the popup box.

Actions by Clicking on a User Name

Clicking on a user's name allows you to:

  1. Send an invitation.
  2. Send an email for resetting the password.
  3. Temporarily disable the user.
  4. Delete the user with the following options:
    • Transfer ownership to yourself.
    • Delete all unshared courses.
    • Share all courses.
