Managing Users in MAXRES Construct
This guide explains how to manage users, including adding, searching, filtering, and sending invitations in MAXRES Construct.
Accessing User Management
- Open the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of the page.
- Select User Management.
Adding a New User
- Click the Add New User button on the left-hand side of the page.
- Fill in the following details:
- Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Set a Password for the new user.
- Select the Tenant and the Role for the user from the dropdown menus.
- Click Save to add the user or Cancel to discard the changes.

Searching for Users by Email Address
- Enter the Email Address in the Search by email input box on the left-hand side of the page.

Filtering Users by Roles
- Use the toggle switches to filter users by the following roles:
- Reviewer
- Lead
- Course Creator
- Super Admin
Sending an Invitation to New Users
- Select the User from the list.
- Click the Invite button on the right side of the account.
- Confirm by clicking "Yes, I'm sure" in the popup box.

Actions by Clicking on a User Name
Clicking on a user's name allows you to:
- Send an invitation.
- Send an email for resetting the password.
- Temporarily disable the user.
- Delete the user with the following options:
- Transfer ownership to yourself.
- Delete all unshared courses.
- Share all courses.
