Process​
1. Verifying Workspace Information​
Before publishing a course, ensure the following parameters are correctly configured. These details will be displayed in Word documents, such as title pages and footers:

Display Name: The name that will appear on the Word document title page.
- Example: “X300 Raven” Word title page

Copyright: The copyright statement included in the document.
- Example: “© Copyright 2024 Phoenix Tech Ltd” Word title page

Notice: A general notice displayed on the Word title page.
- Example: “This document contains information…” Word title page

ITAR Statement: A statement regarding export regulations.
- Example: “These commodities are subject to U.S. export control laws…” Word title page

Disclaimer: A disclaimer appearing in the footer of the Word document.
- Example: “FOR TRAINING USE ONLY” Word page footer

Disclosure: Disclosure restrictions that apply to the document.

2. Publishing a Course​
- Review Workspace Information: Before publishing a course, verify that all Workspace Information settings are accurate and reflect the required details as described above.
- Workspace Settings: Navigate to the Workspace Settings section and confirm that each field is correctly configured.
- Final Check: Ensure all required information is up-to-date and accurate before proceeding with course publishing.
